Ray Wade Catering as specialist wedding caterers are in the fortunate position of being able to offer the complete service, not only superb food but also a great selection of wines and champagne and a fully stocked bar service too. Locally sourced and free range meat and eggs are used as a matter of course and organic vegetables are available if requested.

From the moment you contact us we assure you of personal attention, bespoke menus and the flair and imagination to create a day to remember. We will spend time to discuss and create a detailed brief to capture precisely what YOU want for you and your guests.

Cold buffet menus can be as elaborate or simple as you wish but they will include stunning presentation and always with the emphasis on flavour.

Afternoon tea is served on traditional cake stands, which add a sense of occasion to any event.

As you will see from the recommendations we cater for numerous weddings each season. Marquee weddings are our speciality and are able to make that special day the day you always wished for. We have our own equipment and facilities to cater from 30 to 300 without any problems. Marquees, generators, lighting, music and disco are all part of the service.
