Cookery Courses, Cookery Demonstrations and Events

Ray runs the cookery courses and cookery demonstrations personally and they are performed with teaching in mind, but fun at heart. Always accompanied with a glass of wine or a beer for the men, and whilst informality is the key the focus is on learning new skills and creating exciting dishes and are open to Ladies and Gents alike.

‘Man in the Kitchen’ is always an interesting event where we try and coax the best from experienced cooks and beginners alike. All courses are accompanied by recipe cards and lots of the students keep in touch from time to time for a little further help and advice. Other seasonal courses take place throughout the year and include game, christmas, meat or fish, just desserts! where very guest gets to try all the dishes cooked on the course.

Ray also does corporate and private course so if you your staff are in need of a ‘bonding day’ we can arrange a fun day or evening to get together, learn new skills and taste lots of exciting dishes.

A date for your diary – Ray will be cooking a selection of organic vegetables at – The Dales Festival of food( www.dalesfestivaloffood.org ) for Riverford Organic Vegetables over the weekend of 30th April – 1st May
