CATERING NORTH EAST
Ray Wade and Mark Smith from Riverford had a great day cooking at the Leyburn food festival, Caterer and local chef Ray did a demonsration in the cookery theatre, ably assisted by Lizzie Hall. A risotto of fresh Yorkshire Asparagus and Wet Garlic was cooked and served to the guests along with Blueberry and Banana Flambe.

North East Caterer for Thornton Hall

Flower and Music Festival
Over the weekend of 29th April (Royal Wedding Day) until 1st May we are catering at the Flower and Music Festival at The Parish Church, Stockton on Tees, all the proceeds will go to The Chernobyl Childrens Lifeline.
